Our Services

We provide tent fumigation and related pest control services for residential and commercial properties throughout Central Florida. The scope of any service will be described in the estimate or agreement provided to you before work begins.

Estimates & Quotes

Estimates and quotes are provided for informational purposes and are based on the details you provide. They are not a binding contract until confirmed in writing by both parties. Final pricing may change if the actual property conditions differ from the information provided, or if additional work is required.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Once service is scheduled, you are responsible for following all preparation instructions we provide, including bagging food, securing pets, and vacating the property as required. Failure to properly prepare may result in rescheduling and additional fees. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Payment

Payment is due as outlined in your service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is expected upon completion of the service.

Text Messaging (SMS) Program

Tent Fumigation Specialist LLC sends text message updates and responses to consumer customers about pricing and products offered at https://www.tentfumigationspecialistsfl.com.

When you opt-in to the service, we may send you a message to confirm your signup. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text “HELP” for help. Text “STOP” to cancel.

You can cancel this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (407) 929-7317. After you send the message “STOP” to us, we will reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending you messages again.

If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP” to (407) 929-7317. After you send the message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service and how to unsubscribe.

Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work. Eligible tent fumigation services include a 1-year guarantee as described in your service agreement. The guarantee is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions stated in that agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tent Fumigation Specialist LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
